Privacy Policy & Data Protection Guarantee

Guaranteed Zero-Server Retention Architecture

All graph images, curve traces, calibrated coordinate systems, and exported tabular matrices (CSV/Excel/JSON) are processed exclusively inside your local web browser's RAM memory using WebAssembly. No image file is ever uploaded to or stored on our cloud infrastructure.

§ 1In-Browser Client-Side Processing

At AI Graph Reader (operated at aigraphreader.com), we prioritize the strict confidentiality required by scientific researchers, medical clinicians, aerospace engineers, patent attorneys, and quantitative finance professionals.

When you drag and drop, browse, or paste an image (Ctrl+V) into the Converter Studio:

  • The binary bitmap is loaded directly into the browser's local HTML5 Canvas memory object via the File API.
  • Computer vision routines (edge detection, color thresholding, auto-calibration) execute via client WebAssembly.
  • Coordinates and generated tables remain in JavaScript RAM until you export or close the page.

§ 2Information We Do NOT Collect

No Image Files or Plots: We never copy or store your uploaded figures, screenshots, scans, or diagrams.
No Extracted Datasets: We do not log, index, or sell your numerical data points, calibrated axis ranges, or export files.
No Mandatory Accounts: The tool requires no login, no password, and no credit card to digitize charts.
No Keystroke / Crosshairs Logging: Your interactions with the canvas are strictly local DOM events.

§ 3Local Storage & Cookies

We use browser LocalStorage strictly for functional convenience:

  • theme: Stores your preference between Dark Mode and Light Mode.

We do not use third-party behavioral tracking cookies, cross-site identity graphs, or ad retargeting pixels.

§ 4GDPR (EU) & CCPA / CPRA (California) Compliance

Because AI Graph Reader operates under a strict zero-data-retention model without harvesting personal identification information (PII):

  • Right to Erasure & Non-Retention: Your data is automatically destroyed the moment you close the tab. No server-side cleanup requests are necessary because no server copy exists.
  • Zero Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade user data or digitized chart matrices to any data brokers or AI model trainers.
  • International Data Transfers: Since images do not leave your device, no cross-border data transfer of proprietary charts takes place.

§ 5Enterprise API & Technical Contact

For organizations utilizing our high-throughput batch API, all transmissions occur over TLS 1.3 encrypted sockets directly to dedicated instances with in-memory RAM processing and zero disk persistence.
